LEGAL BASIS FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
- The legal basis for processing your personal data is the necessity of such processing for:
- the performance of a contract between you and the Controller, or for taking steps at your request prior to entering into such a contract, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR);
- compliance with legal obligations to which the Controller is subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation, particularly obligations imposed by legal regulations such as Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax; Act No. 586/1992 Coll., on Income Taxes; Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting; and Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, all as amended.
PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
- The purpose of processing your personal data is to perform the contract between you and the Controller or to take steps at your request before entering into such a contract, as well as to comply with related public law obligations.
- The Controller does not perform automated individual decision-making as defined in Article 22 of the Regulation.
STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
- Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the rights and obligations arising from the contract and thereafter for the period required for archiving purposes according to applicable legal regulations, but no longer than the period permitted by such regulations.
OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
- Other recipients of your personal data may include entities within the Controller’s group, entities providing accounting services for the Controller, and entities providing technical services related to system operation, including software maintenance and data storage.
- Recipients may also include public authorities or other competent bodies where required by generally binding legal regulations.
- The Controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or to an international organization.
DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
- Under the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability.
- If you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the Regulation, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
- You are not obliged to provide your personal data. However, the provision of your personal data is a necessary requirement for entering into and performing the contract, and without it, the contract cannot be concluded or fulfilled by the Controller.
