What to do if you want to return or claim an item?

STEP 1
Prepare the following information
Have your order number, name, email address and the reason for return or claim ready.
STEP 2
Fill out the return form
You’ll find the form below on this page. Fill in all required fields and submit it. If you’re filing a claim, don’t forget to attach photos of the defect — we’ll get in touch with the next steps. Do not send the item yet.

STEP 4
Request processing
Once we receive the item or photos, we’ll start processing your request. If you're returning an item without giving a reason, please do so within 14 days. Place a new order for the replacement product and we’ll refund the original payment. Claims are processed within 30 days. The item must only be tried on, not worn.
