When will my order arrive?
Delivery time is usually up to 7 days. If you ordered a color other than black or white, we’re waiting for stock from the supplier — in that case, delivery may take up to 10 days.
Where do I return the goods?

Do you offer other color variants?
We only offer the colors visible directly on the website under each product.
Who delivers the goods?
We ship orders using DPD and TNT couriers.
I can’t order multiple pieces of the same size. What should I do?
Please contact us at info@planetatriko.cz. Our shirts are made to order, so we can prepare multiple pieces of the same size. For larger orders, please contact us in advance.
What t-shirts do you use?
We primarily use Stanley/Stella – a Belgian fair trade company whose products meet the highest ecological and social standards. More info is available in the “About the brand”, “Care” and “Material” tabs under each product.
Do you deliver outside Czechia?
Yes, we deliver across Europe. If your country isn’t listed during checkout, contact us at info@planetatriko.cz and we’ll try to arrange it individually.
I need delivery within 3 days. Is it possible?
Express delivery is possible if everything is in stock and we’re able to print in time. Each piece is printed on demand.
We recommend counting on the standard delivery time of 7 days (up to 10 days if material needs to be restocked).
